Why are there no mp3's of Waltari on your site? Don't want to make their music more popular?

We want to make Waltari more popular in general. But our main intention is to offer all Waltari fans facts about their favorite band. Since PW is run by two Germans and is hosted by a German provider it is legally subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany which is in copyright matters very strict.
The world outside there is full of jobless lawyers and desperate CEO's who think you steal their money. They are just waiting to find a site that hosts mp3 without a proper permission.
So we at PW do not want to take that risk which is for your all good because a legal thread could put down the whole site and not just the mp3. Keep that in mind.
And by the way, record stores all over the world offer the opportunity to listen to cd's before you buy them. We recommand you take that chance.

Why have you put an English translation of the Mut Hei lyrics on you site? I want the original Finnish lyrics.

The lyrics have been copied as stated in the inlay of the Mut Hei EP. In the inlay only the translated version is printed.

1. You did not write anything meaningful that would require a response in our opinion.
2. You wrote us in Suaheli, Hawaiian, Maori or any other exotic language. Write in English, German, French, Spanish or Finnish. These are the languares we speak.
3. You insulted us.
4. Your mail was filtered out by the spam filter.
5. Your reply address was invalid.

Why are the news on PW updated so infrequently?

That is because we do not publish recycled news. If we put news on the site we try to put some news that you have not read before anywhere else.
I assume that any visitor of PW knows the official site or that he/she might find it thru the site since it is clearly linked. So no visitor of PW is in lack of the latest news.
I know we have some fans out there which like PW more than the Official site and which would love to read the latest news on PW. Well, we could check the Official site everday for the latest news and could put in on PW. But since I have to work all day I could do that only in the evenings. Many news are published in the afternoon. So till it would have been published on PW, it is nothing than aged news many people have already read. And since I have a life off the site I am too lazy to check the official site every day for updates. And when I realize there is some news these might be out of date already.
Nevertheless we sometimes put some recycled news on PW. These are news we consider very important or exciting.

When will Waltari release Evankelium on cd or video?

Waltari always wanted to release it but they did not find a record company that would finance the recordings. It seems like the idea is currently frozen. We cannot tell more about this!
