1967

On December 17th he was born in Helsinki

1975

first musical appearance in Cat & Mouse with his elder brother Tote. Released album: "She Does Slip"

1987

He founds Waltari together with Jariot and ex drummer Sale

1995

again active for Cat & Mouse. "She Does Slip" released with 1995 Bonus Tracks

1997

Kärtsy becomes father: son Akseli Amadeus is born

1998

EP by Cat & Mouse: Around And Round

1999

He sings in the song "Sky is the limit" by Bomfunk MC's

2000

Kärtsy´s first solo single: "K2": "Lights Go Wild"

2001

composes the soundtrack for the video game "Max Payne"
Kärtsy´s second solo single: "K2": "Get On Top"

2002

The play called "Akseli and Eelo" was premiered on 25th June in Iitti Summer Theatre (15 km's west of Kouvola). Kärtsy composes music to this story about his ancestors, two brothers who followed Leo Tolstoi's ideas of non-violence, love and compassion. They were both shot during Finnish civil war in 1918.
