.deRoope, born June 25th 1970, currently living in Töölö-Helsinki, joined Waltari in in 1996 when Sami Yli-Sirniö left the band and left in 2001 when Sami rejoined the band. Sami replaced Roope already on the Radium-Round-Tour 1999/2000 because Roope was on tour with Sinergy. Finally Roope left to join Sinergy as full-time job. He currently plays in three other bands: Walhalla, Nomicon, Pornonorsu. Among his long list of former bands especially one has to be named: Stone. Stone are referred to be the Finnish Metallica and were famous at the end of 80's and beginning of the 90's.
